Sometimes on iOS devices, the mail app may show an error in loading new content.
This can happen as a result of using any VPN, in cases the device isn’t using a “Privecy Relay Sync” that is setup in the settings app.
This issue can be resolved by setting up the Privacy Relay sync:
- Open Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
- Select Data or WiFi, depending on which connection you are currently using.
- Tap the “i” icon next to the current connection.
- Turn on Privacy Relay by tapping Toggle button.
- Now go back to your home screen and swipe up to access the app drawer.
- Find the open Email app and close it. this should resolve the “Your network settings prevents content from loading privately” issue.
