How do I cancel my Canopy subscription?

We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your Canopy subscription, please follow the steps below.

Important: If Removal Prevention is turned on for any of your family’s devices, you must turn it off before you cancel your account. If you do not, serious problems may occur.

  1. Open the Canopy for Parents app on your mobile device or log in to your Canopy web dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings menu. On the app, you’ll find it by pressing the menu button in the upper left corner of your screen. On the web dashboard, you’ll find it by pressing the account button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the “Your Plans” section of the Account Settings page.
  4. Click Cancel Plan. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew after your current payment period ends. You will still have access to Canopy until then.
