Protection Settings:
My device WiFi is connected, but can't use the internet. What should I do?

Some administered networks use a firewall, a dedicated security policy, or an Access Control List for better security and control over who uses their network.

You may encounter such a network in a corporate environment, a school or other educational establishment, or even a home office in a friend’s house.

If a protected device needs to connect to an administered network, contact the network administrator or manager and have them whitelist or allow the following list or IP addresses:

  • 37.60.47.0/24
  • 38.86.33.0/24
  • 38.123.230.0/24
  • 38.125.100.0/24
  • 81.2.149.0/24
  • 141.226.232.0/24
