Some administered networks use a firewall, a dedicated security policy, or an Access Control List for better security and control over who uses their network.
You may encounter such a network in a corporate environment, a school or other educational establishment, or even a home office in a friend’s house.
If a child’s device needs to connect to an administered network, contact the network administrator or manager and have them whitelist or allow the following list or IP addresses:
